This is the ceiling in Ponce de Leon Hall on the campus of Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. I had to use my flash. I tried to hand-hold it, but there wasn't enough natural light and I was a bit too embarrassed to lie down on the floor, which probably would have worked quite well to hold the camera steady.
