I checked this book out of the public library, lost it, paid for it, found it again, then killed a mosquito that was crawling on top of it before returning it to the library for a refund. I found the sight of such a critter on the cover of this particular book quite ironic. That's her smooshed form that I ended right there on top of author Sean B. Carroll's name.
